What was supposed to be an easy job turned out to be a lot more than any of us bargained for. The crew leader Jerry and his team worked very hard to make sure the job was done right. Jerry made sure that I was aware and understood what they were finding and what they had to do to fix it. They did a good job cleaning up at the end of the day and at completion. The project manger Mario was great. He was very patient with all my questions and concerns. He kept me abreast of what was going on and my options. He spent time talking things through and making sure I was completely satisfied with the final project. The communication, professionalism, caring and friendliness of all of those who worked at my home was wonderful. Staci was also very kind, understanding and accommodating.

We had intended to use the same contractor that installed our roof 14 years ago, but after a year of promising to get us a quote and numerous no-shows for appointments this spring to come to our home and prepare a quote; our patience came to an end.

I made one phone call to Steve Elieff, because I had gotten to know him over the past 5 years and knew his company had a great reputation.

Steve made an appointment to come to our home the very next day and had a proposal to us by the end of that day. We were impressed with his thorough inspection of our roof and he even went in the attic because we had had leaks within the last year.

The proposal was detailed and we signed immediately the next day, after reviewing the quote with Steve. Their schedule was accurate and the workmanship was spectacular. The crews protected our plants, lawn and windows and did an amazing job of cleaning up the site before they left!

We would strongly recommend Elieff Brothers! They are thorough, honest, and do not cut any corners in materials or installation! Wish they had done our first roof and maybe we wouldn't have had the issues we experienced the past few years!

Mario, the steel roof crew, and the siding crew, were fantastic! These hard working employees were here bright and early and worked late into the evening. They always kept me informed of the progress and answered all of my questions. Everyone was personable, courteous, approachable and professional. Clean up of the job was super! My roof was replaced after a storm 14 years ago, IT WAS ALREADY FAILING! Rhett (sales person) was professional, informative and helpful throughout the bid process. The installation crew was very prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered and processes were explained. The cleanup was AMAZING. Everyone on the crew was involved in picking up debris and making my yard and flowerbeds clean. The gutter installation crew was prompt and helpful. I have noticed little things that speak to the quality of the work that has been done on my home.
I contacted 7 other companies for bids and was told anywhere from a week to two weeks to remove the old shingles and install the new ones. This crew removed the old one shingles made the necessary repairs installed the new shingles and cleaned up in a day and a half! I highly recommend Elieff Brothers !
